OFF THE WEB - BLOG OF TOMORROW

Busch got what he had coming to him. I can't tell you how many times he has done this to other drivers. I believe a lot of the other drivers are starting to get tired of Busch and his reckless, cocky behavior on the track. Like Rowdy said in ''Days of Thunder,'' ''If he comes around me, I am putting him into the wall.''
Didn't have it coming

I'm not a Smoke fan, but thought he was 100% in the right. The announcers pointed out that Busch was OK on the first block, but went too far with the second. Smoke should not be expected to let up, just because Busch was acting recklessly.
Contrast Busch's post-race behavior with that of Cousin Carl at Talladega. The circumstances were the same. Edwards, when interviewed, stated that Kos had done nothing wrong, saying ''it was racing,'' then congratulating him. He said that he would have done the same thing.
Anti-Busch

A call for DNF

Wrecking isn't racing

Tell it like you want, but this is not racing. Wrecking is not racing. Beat the man to the line! That is what it is all about.
Admiration

Kyle Busch is hated. Why? Because he wins? Because he ''rubs'' other drivers the wrong way? All of the above. But he wins and that, after all, is what pays the rent. He reminds me of a young Dale Earnhardt but with more talent. Let's see where he stands when he gets to Jeff Gordon's age. Then we can say that he is greatness or recklessness.
I don't like his attitude, but I do admire his skill.
