Annett out of hospital after crash

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.
Michael Annett has been released from the Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Fla., following a wreck in Saturday's Drive4COPD 300.

NASCAR returns to FOX at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday. The green flag drops at 6 p.m. ET, with coverage on FOX beginning at 5:30 p.m. ET.
Annett was transported to the hospital after complaining of pain in his chest and sternum after being caught up in a multicar accident on Lap 116. A total of 13 cars were involved in the accident, which led to a 19-minute and 52-second red-flag period.
He was involved in the first of two major crashes at the end of the race. In the second, Kyle Larson's car went into the fence and fans were injured. For more details on the second accident, click here.
Annett will travel back to his home in North Carolina today where he will be evaluated again later this week.
