| News: While Hendrick Motorsports collected its 200th win in Saturday's NASCAR Sprint Cup event at Darlington Raceway, Kahne was notching a milestone of his own. The driver of the No. 5 Rockwell Tools Chevrolet captured an eighth-place finish to record his fifth straight Top-10 finish???the longest such streak of his Cup career, kaseykahne.com reports.

Impact: From the look of it, you wouldn't know that this team was struggling just a few short weeks ago. Kahne led 33 laps and was a presence at the front of the pack for the entire 500-miles of racing at the Track too Tough to Tame. With the finish, the veteran driver sets a career-best mark with five consecutive Top-10 finishes. Kahne now resides 16th overall in the driver standings heading to this week's All-Star break at Charlotte. | |
