News: Evans played in a career-high 66 games this season and finished with averages of 6.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, 0.7 assists, 0.6 steals and 0.7 blocks. Impact: Evans managed to produce career-high stats in all categories except for blocks. He benefited from the Jazz's rebuilding year by seeing more time on the court than if he was on a playoff contending team. The former Dunk Champion plans to continue working on his shot so he can move away from the monicker that he's only able to dunk. Next season will likely be more of the same, however, with Evans coming off the bench in limited minutes.(RotoWire, )

News: Evans came off the bench Tuesday to play 32 minutes as Marvin Williams (knee) had to leave the game after just eight minutes on the court. The fourth-year player finished with six points (3-9 FG), 11 rebounds, one steal and one block. Impact: Evans received an uptick in minutes over the previous two games, but this outing passed expectations considering Williams' inability to stay on the court. He stands a chance to see increased minutes during Friday's game as well if Williams is unable to go. However, Evans won't likely be able to perform much better than he did during Tuesday's contest.(RotoWire, )

News: Evans may see an increase in minutes off the bench if Marvin Williams (knee) is not able to take the court Tuesday. Impact: Evans has received a bump in playing time over the Jazz's last two games in spite of Richard Jefferson's minutes. Taking this into account, along with Williams' potential absence, Evans stands a chance to play longer than the 17.5 minutes per game that he normally averages. That being said, he still provides limited production, even in an increased role.(RotoWire, )
