News: Bonner will miss Friday's game with food poisoning, the San Antonio Express-News reports. Impact: Because Bonner recently missed two weeks due to a calf injury, his absence shouldn't be too hard to deal with, although having Tim Duncan (knee) out as well will leave them a bit thin in the frontcourt. Bonner doesn't have much value in any league and hasn't played a significant role with the Spurs this season.(RotoWire, )

News: Bonner returned from an eight game absence on Sunday to face the Grizzlies, grabbing just one assist and one rebound in 12 minutes and missing both of his shot attempts. Impact: Many fantasy owners may remember Bonner as the sharp-shooting center that reliably posted three pointers a few seasons ago, but that player no longer exists. The underlying skills remain, but Bonner rarely plays more than 15 minutes in a game, which is just not enough to create a meaningful fantasy line.(RotoWire, )

News: Bonner (calf) is listed as active for Sunday's contest against the Grizzlies, Project Spurs reports. Impact: Even though Bonner is active, it's possible that he might not even play. The Spurs don't have enough room to put any more players on the inactive list, but he should be very close to returning.(RotoWire, )
