It's tough at the top. Very tough. And almost nothing separates the top five on any given night. The Lakers are back, as we figured they would be, and now most rosters are assembled for the long run. Derrick Rose has arrived, Kobe is glad we know he never left and Dallas just wins -- well, almost always. Good thing they bring their own tears to the postgame locker room because nobody, by the way, is crying for the Heat.
