The Spurs suddenly can't win, the Lakers can't lose and the sputtering Celtics have allowed the Heat to tie them for the East's second spot. The Bulls' 14-game home win streak was snapped Monday night, but if the defense keeps up they can seal home court and set up a wild chase. The races for the final playoff spots in both conferences figure to be interesting over the final 15 days.
