Josh Smith is another restricted free agent for a team with poor ownership that could cause a stir either by a full-shot offer sheet from the Clippers or a sign-and-trade from somebody else, if Smith decides he doesn't want to return. He an exceptional 6-foot-9 talent, filling up the box score in so many ways, but he also has his inclinations to be a problem child. The big thing is he's a local kid and only 22. He may want to stay home. He may be ready to explore. The bigger question is whether this bizarre consortium known as the Atlanta Spirit wants to pay him or trade him.
