Kevin Durant is in negotiations with Turkey's Besiktas -- the same club that signed Deron Williams and has been chasing Kobe Byrant -- the Oklahoma City forward's agent said Tuesday.

Agent Aaron Goodwin said he met with Besiktas officials and was also looking into Spain and Russia, ESPN reported.
"The Turkish option is very intriguing," Goodwin said. "We're looking at other countries as well. Kevin hasn't agreed to play anywhere yet, but we're looking for the best fit."
Turkish newspaper VATAN has reported that Besiktas will shift its focus to securing Durant in the event of an extended NBA lockout should its lengthy pursuit of Bryant collapse.
The Los Angeles Times reported Tuesday that Lakers forward Ron Artest was set to sign with British team the Cheshire Jets, while German newspaper Bild reported NBA Finals MVP Dirk Nowitzki had been offered $1.5 million per month to play for the Zhejiang Lions of the Chinese Basketball Association.
Goodwin said Durant was not considering playing in China.
