Wade out vs. Pistons with sore wrist

Dwyane Wade has a sprained right wrist and will not play Friday night when the Miami Heat host the Detroit Pistons.

Visit Heat or 3peat CentralThe team made the announcement about 15 minutes before tip-off, after originally penciling him into the starting lineup. He will be listed as day-to-day. Mike Miller will start in Wade's place.
Wade hurt the wrist while falling in Thursday's loss at the New York Knicks. He went through a team walkthrough Friday afternoon without problems, but pain in the wrist apparently intensifed as the day went along.
