Knicks president Donnie Walsh's future at the New York Knicks was no closer to being resolved Tuesday after he refused to discuss the issue while attending the blowout win over the Utah Jazz.
When the Knicks traded for Carmelo Anthony and Chauncey Billups on Feb. 23, team owner James Dolan said at the Madison Square Garden news conference that he would speak to Walsh about his future after that week's trade deadline.
Walsh has an option for next season that has to be picked up by April 30, and Dolan has made it a point to say he did not have to determine anything until then.
It was unknown whether the team president had held any in-depth conversations recently with Dolan.
"None of your business," Walsh said before Monday night's 131-109 defeat of the Jazz when asked about Dolan's Feb. 23 remarks. "It's going to be addressed when it's addressed."
