ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Tony Parker, Shooting guard Keith Bogans, Small forward Richard Jefferson, Power forward Tim Duncan, Center Antonio McDyess. Bench -- Guard Manu Ginobili, Guard George Hill, Center Theo Ratliff, Guard Roger Mason, Forward DeJuan Blair, Forward Matt Bonner, Guard Malik Hairston.

PLAYER NEWS:

--G Manu Ginobili appears to be finding his groove, and just in time for the Spurs to go on a three-game road trip. He scored 20 points, including four three-pointers, in the first half of Friday's win against Charlotte. He finished the game with 22 points, taking and missing just one three-pointer in the second half. He also had four rebounds, two assists and two steals.

That's consecutive 20-point games for Ginobili for the first time this season and he's made six of his last seven three-point attempts.

--F Tim Duncan has spent a good portion of this season recording double-doubles and then explaining why the Spurs lost the game.

At home on Friday against Charlotte, he didn't need a double-double for the Spurs to get a win. He simply put on display another all-around performance with 17 points, nine rebounds and six assists.

After the Spurs' second consecutive win, Duncan said it's time for the team to start putting up wins on the road where they are just 1-5. The Spurs head out on a three-game trip to the Los Angeles Clippers, Phoenix Suns and Golden State Warriors.

"If we come back here and build on that, we'll feel good about ourselves," Duncan said. "Those are some very winnable games for us."

--G Keith Bogans was the last man added to the Spurs' roster in the offseason and he was mainly acquired for his defensive attentiveness. But Bogans has held onto the starting shooting guard spot for most of the season. He started his 15th game of the season Friday against Charlotte.

His minutes per game, 18.4, look more that of a reserve, but that's because he plays in front of Manu Ginobili, who is getting back to his normal minutes after returning from injury. Bogans said starter or not, he just wants to give the team a boost.

"I'm just happy to get out there and play. It doesn't really mean much," Bogans said. "As long as I'm out there helping, contributing, I'm happy with that."
