News: Rondo racked up a triple-double Saturday, scoring 18 points (6-13 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 5-5 FT) to go with 10 boards, 10 assists and three steals in 43 minutes to lead the Celtics to the Eastern Conference Finals.
Impact: He did have seven turnovers, but Rondo was instrumental in leading the Celtics to a Game 7 win over the Sixers. Rondo scored nine straight Boston points after Paul Pierce fouled out with 4:16 remaining in the game, as the Celtics beat the 76ers, 85-75.

News: Pierce had 15 points (6-14 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-3 FT), nine boards, three assists, two steals and three blocks in 37 minutes Saturday as the Celtics disposed of the 76ers in Game 7 to advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Impact: "It's disappointing," Rivers said. "He's been terrific this year." Bradley saw increased time this postseason before the injury on May 18. The 21-year-old showed a lot of improvement in his sophomore season, and should be near a full recovery by the start of training camp.

News: Bradley is expected to undergo surgery on his injured left shoulder, ESPN.com reports.
Impact: Bradley is already expected to miss the remainder of the playoffs. The surgery would be to repair small tears in his left shoulder that were sustained after multiple dislocations this season. The early timetable for rehab is four months, so it looks like Bradley will be ready for training camp if he goes under the knife soon.

Impact: Bradley's recurring shoulder issues have likely landed him on the shelf for the remainder of the playoffs. His left shoulder has popped out twice in the Conference Semifinals against Philadelphia, and a source mentioned that playing further would put him at risk of "serious structural damage."

News: Rondo had nine points, nine rebounds, six assists, and two steals to go along with four turnovers in Game 6 at Philadelphia on Wednesday.
Impact: Rondo finished with a decent stat line, but it was a night to forget for the Celtics' point guard. He finished just 4-of-14 from the field, and really struggled for the first time this series to get his teammates rolling. Look for a bounce-back performance in Game 7 on Saturday.

News: Pierce registered a double-double Wednesday in the Celtics' 82-75 Game 6 loss at Philadelphia. He scored a team-high 24 points and grabbed 10 boards.
Impact: Pierce did most of his damage from the free throw line, making all 13 of his attempts. He finished 5-of-11 from the floor, and didn't seem to be enough of a focus of the team's offense as the rest of the guys were struggling with their shots. He chipped in three assists and one block while committing four turnovers.

News: Garnett posted another double-double in Boston's Game 6 loss at Philadelphia on Wednesday. He finished with 20 points on 9-of-20 shooting, and hauled in 11 rebounds.
Impact: Garnett has been a monster this series, leading the Celtics with 20.0 points, and 10.7 rebounds per game. He's also averaging 1.3 blocks, and 1.3 steals, of which he chipped in one of each on Wednesday.

News: Bradley (shoulder) will not play in Wednesday's game against the 76ers, CSN's A. Sherrod Blakely reports.
Impact: Bradley will miss his second consecutive game due to the injury, so expect Mickael Pietrus and Keyon Dooling to serve as the Celtics' backup guards again Wednesday night.

News: Bass had probably the best game of his career Monday, scoring 27 points on 9-of-13 shooting during the Celtics' win over the 76ers.
Impact: Bass also went 9-of-10 from the line, adding six rebounds, two steals and two blocks in 37 minutes of action. It really was a truly remarkable performance, as Boston entered the second half down, yet Bass himself outscored Philly 18-16 during the third quarter to help lead the Celtics to a crucial Game 5 win.

News: Allen (ankle) will start at shooting guard Monday against the Sixers, NBA.com reports.
Impact: Allen will sub in for Avery Bradley, who's sidelined with a shoulder injury. Celtics coach Doc Rivers warned that Allen still isn't completely over his ankle injury, so don't expect a huge jump in playing time for the veteran guard.

Impact: Rondo also tacked on four rebounds, two steals, and one block in 41 minutes of action. So far in the series, the Celtics' point man has put up a double-double in each game as he's averaged of 14.8 points and 14.8 assists in 40.1 minutes. Rondo returns to Boston for Game 5 on Monday.

News: Bradley appeared to injure his shoulder early in the second half of Game 4 against Philadelphia on Friday, Alex Raskin of CBS Sports reports.
Impact: Bradley remained in the game but seemed in obvious pain. Be on the lookout for updates on his condition for Game 5.

News: Allen (ankle) will play Friday in Game 4 of Boston's Eastern Conference semifinal at Philadelphia, NBA.com reports.
Impact: Allen took just one shot in Game 3, but continues to average 10.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.3 treys, one assist, and one steal in 31.9 reserve minutes against the Sixers. Among his Celtic teammates, he is third on the team in plus-minus in the series with a plus-22, behind only Kevin Garnett (plus-47) and Avery Bradley (plus-23).

Pierce should be fine for regular action Friday, as the Celtics look to take a commanding 3-1 series lead.

News: Rondo was firing on all cylinders Wednesday in the Celtics' Game 3 win over the 76ers. He finished with 23 points, six rebounds, and 14 assists to go with just one turnover.
Impact: Rondo got off to a fast start offensively, asserting himself in the first quarter taking the ball to the basket. He shot 9-of-16 from the floor, made 1-of-3 from long range, and hit all four of his free throws.

News: Pierce (knee) put on a spirited display Wednesday, helping lead the Celtics to a big 107-91 Game 3 victory at Philadelphia. He finished with a double-double, scoring 24 points and hauling in 12 rebounds.

News: Garnett posted a monster double-double in the Celtics' Game 3 victory at Philadelphia. He finished with 27 points and 13 rebounds. He also chipped in four assists and one steal in his 30 minutes of action.
Impact: Garnett was called for a devastating offensive foul in the closing moments of Boston's Game 2 loss and it looked like he was carrying that chip on his shoulder Wednesday. He was on fire, making 12-of-17 from the floor, knocking down several of his patented 18-footers. He also dominated the defensive end, cleaning up the defensive glass and helping to hold Elton Brand and Spencer Hawes to a collective 3-of-14 for seven points on the night.

News: Garnett scored 15 points and pulled down 12 boards during the Celtics' loss Monday.
Impact: Garnett went 7-of-12 from the floor, adding one 3-pointer, two assists, one steal and one block. Game 3 is Wednesday in Philadelphia.

Impact: Bradley appeared to be favoring his left shoulder, which has been bothering him all postseason. He didn't start the second half but after sitting out the entire third quarter, Bradley returned to action in the fourth.

Impact: Bradley continues to start and should be a safe play in Monday's Game 2. Just know that his production level will likely remain somewhat modest as Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Rajon Rondo will do most of the heavy lifting.
