News: Randolph scored 19 points (7-15 FG, 5-6 FT) while grabbing 12 rebounds in 30 minutes Monday
Impact: It appears that Randolph is back to full strength following his return from a toe injury last week. Owners should expect to see numbers like these from the big man every night as the first option in Memphis' offense. Randolph has been on a bit of a cold streak as of late, failing to shoot over 50 percent in any of his last seven appearances.
News: Leuer scored 16 points (7-14 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds in 27 minutes Monday.
Impact: With Quincy Pondexter shelved for the rest of the season, Leuer should continue to see major minutes come his way. He's quickly shown that he can be a solid contributor when given the opportunity. Over his last four games, Leuer has scored 14.7 points on 55.9 percent shooting while pulling in 7.3 boards.

News: Memphis Grizzlies guard/forward Quincy Pondexter has a stress fracture in his right foot that will keep him out indefinitely.
Impact: The Grizzlies announced Pondexter underwent an MRI on Monday that revealed the severity of his injury. Pondexter, who is 6-foot-6, hurt his foot Saturday night in a 108-82 loss to the Golden State Warriors.
News: Allen (hip contusion) did some work at shootaround but remains questionable for Monday's game, the team's official site reports.
Impact: Allen sat out the last two games, but with the announcement that swingman Quincy Pondexter will be out for the season with a stress fracture in his foot, Allen could make a point to return Monday.
News: Davis (ankle) will not play on Monday against the Magic, the Memphis Commercial-Appeal reports.
Impact: Davis injured his ankle last Thursday and didn't play on Saturday. The ankle injury will hold him out for yet one more game, so expect Jon Leuer to see an increase in minutes behind Kosta Koufous and Zach Randolph with Davis out.
News: Pondexter is expected to miss the rest of the season due to a stress fracture in his foot, Yahoo! Sports reports.
Impact: Pondexter played in a total of 15 games this season, averaging 6.3 points and 1.7 boards in 18 minutes per game. Mike Miller should see an increased role with Pondexter out.
Mike Miller - #13 - Guard-Forward - 6'8" - 218lbs
News: Miller played 28 minutes and scored 16 points (7-9 FG, 2-3 3Pt) with five boards in the loss to Golden State on Saturday.
Impact: Miller was forced into extra minutes because Quincy Pondexter sprained his foot. With Ed Davis (ankle) and Tony Allen (hip) already out, the Grizzlies were looking for healthy bodies. Miller might not completely qualify as healthy but was able to provide some offense in the loss. He had scored eight combined points in his previous three games.
News: Leuer had 15 points (6-11 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT) in 30 minutes in the loss to the Warriors on Friday. He added six boards and two steals.
Impact: The Grizzlies' frontcourt has been decimated by injury, which has forced Leuer on the court. Ed Davis (ankle) and Tony Allen (admittedly, a guard) did not play, and Quincy Pondexter was lost in the first half due to a sprained foot. Leuer has played at least 24 minutes in his last four games, averaging 12.5 points.
News: Koufos posted his third double-double in the last four games with 10 points (4-13 FG, 2-2 FT) and 16 rebounds in the loss to the Warriors on Saturday.
Impact: Koufos continues to produce double-double numbers as a starter in Marc Gasol's (knee) Place. In his last five games, he has put up 11.6 points, 12.2 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks.
News: Pondexter sprained his foot in the first half of the Grizzlies' game against the Warriors. He will not play in the second half, the Memphis Commercial-Appeal reports.
Impact: Pondexter had four points (1-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT) in 13 minutes before leaving. Mike Miller, who has had his share of injury issues, will get more playing time.
News: Pondexter will replace Jerryd Bayless in the starting lineup Saturday against the Warriors.
Impact: Pondexter will provide more size against Golden State than Bayless would have, but the two players will likely share minutes.
News: Allen (hip) will not play Saturday against the Warriors.
Impact: Allen also sat out on Thursday. His minutes will mainly be taken by Jerryd Bayless, who is a more offensive player.
News: Davis (ankle) will not play Saturday against the Warriors, the Memphis Commercial-Appeal reports.
Impact: Davis hurt his ankle Thursday and was unable to recover enough to play on Saturday. Jon Leuer could see additional minutes and provide some perimeter offense.

News: Allen is out with a bruised hip.
Impact: Allen is considered day-to-day.

News: Randolph had his 10th double-double of the season in Thursday's loss to the Clippers, posting 12 points and 10 rebounds after missing the previous two contests following surgery for an ingrown toenail.
Impact: Z-Bo remains a threat for a double-double any night he steps on the court, but he hasn't exactly been efficient lately, shooting 33.9 percent over his last four games.
News: Bayless started for the injured Tony Allen (hip) in Thursday's game against the Clippers, but struggled heavily in 27 minutes of action. He put up just four points (2-6 FG, 0-3 3Pt), one assist, and one steal.
Impact: Thursday's performance was unusual for Bayless, who has historically played well filling in for injured players in the starting lineup. It is unclear how long Tony Allen (hip) will sit, but if Bayless continues to start, he should hold some short-term fantasy value in deeper leagues.
News: Davis scored six points in Thursday's loss to the Clippers before leaving the game with a sprained ankle. He contributed two rebounds and one block in eight minutes of action. The severity of the injury is not known for now.
Impact: Davis is coming off a 21-point, 12-rebound performance, and this news comes as a blow to the Grizzlies, who had just seen Zach Randolph (toe) return to action after missing two games. If Davis is going to miss time, expect Jon Leuer to take up backup duties in the front court.
News: Allen sat out Thursday's game with a hip contusion.
Impact: Allen has averaged 10.4 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.3 steals per game this season. While this injury doesn't appear it will keep him out for too long, Allen has limited standard league value because of his lack of contributions in non-steal categories. Look for Jerryd Bayless to start in his place if Allen continues to miss time.
News: Conley scored 16 points in 34 minutes of action Thursday against the Clippers. He added one rebound, four assists, and one steal.
Impact: After a torrid start to the season, Conley has averaged just 14.8 points over his last five games. His assist numbers have gone up, putting up 9.4 assists per game during that span. However, his lack of steals this season (1.5 per game) has been disappointing to owners. It appears Conley's breakout season is still limited from a fantasy perspective, as his increased scoring output has been negated by his significantly decreased number of steals.
News: Koufos scored 17 points to go with nine rebounds and two steals in 30 minutes of action Thursday against the Clippers.
Impact: Koufos should continue to produce solid standard league value with Marc Gasol (knee) out of the lineup. He has averaged 11.2 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks over his last five games.
News: Randolph (toe) grabbed a double-double for 12 points and 12 rebounds in his return to action Thursday against the Clippers. He added two assists and seven turnovers in 31 minutes of action.
Impact: It appears Randolph is still affected by his toe ailment. The good news is that he was able to log 31 minutes of action. Hopefully Randolph can build off Thursday's performance after missing two games due to injury.
News: Randolph (toe) will play Thursday against the Clippers. He may have limited minutes.
Impact: This comes as good news as Randolph had missed two games due to an ingrown toenail. While he is expected to have limited minutes Friday, Randolph can be inserted in most lineups on a day with only three games.

News: Randolph (toe) expects to play in Thursday's tilt against the Clippers, the Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.
Impact: Randolph has been forced to miss the past two games due to an ingrown toenail. It looks like he'll play, but make sure to check back on Thursday to ensure he is in the starting lineup.

News: Davis had 21 points and 12 rebounds, and the Grizzlies made the best of their makeshift lineup to defeat the Phoenix Suns 110-91 Tuesday night.
Impact: Davis made 8 of 11 shots during his first double-double of the season. He was averaging 4.7 points and 3.8 rebounds in his first 13 games in this campaign.
Wed. Dec 4, 2013 | STATS
News: Leuer scored a career-high 23 points in Memphis' 110-91 win over Phoenix on Tuesday night.
Impact: Leuer, who came off the bench, connected on 10 of 13 shots. He was averaging 2.9 points on 34.8 percent shooting in his first seven games this season. In addition to a career high in points, Leuer had three blocks, another career-best, and matched his career-high with nine rebounds.
News: Randolph (toe) did not play in Tuesday's game against the Suns.
Impact: The Grizzlies play again Thursday against the Clippers, in which Randolph will likely be a game-time decision. If Randolph can't give it a go again, Ed Davis will likely get another start.
News: Allen scored 11 points (5-11 FG, 1-2 3Pt) to go with three rebounds, two assists and four steals Tuesday against the Suns.
Impact: Allen went to the locker room holding his hip after injuring it going after a loose ball in the second quarter. However, he started the second half and produced close to his season average in points, rebounds and assists, making it appear as though his hip injury wasn't anything serious.
News: Leuer scored 23 points (10-13 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT) to go with nine rebounds and three blocks in Tuesday's win over the Suns.
Impact: Leuer has received very little minutes this season as the Grizzlies have decided to go with forwards Ed Davis, Quincy Pondexter and Mike Miller in the early going. However, Leuer got his chance Tuesday and made the most of it as Pondexter rode the bench the entire game due to a coach's decision. Despite this breakout performance, it's unlikely Leuer will produce anywhere near these numbers on a nightly basis.
News: Koufos scored 14 points (7-12 FG) to go with 12 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal in 32 minutes Tuesday.
Impact: Koufos now has at least 11 rebounds in each of the Grizzlies' last four games as Marc Gasol's (knee) replacement. Although Koufos doesn't have the consistent scoring ability of Gasol, he does rebound extremely well, giving him some upside until Gasol returns.
News: Davis scored 21 points (8-11 FG, 5-11 FT) and added 12 rebounds in Tuesday's win over the Suns.
Impact: Tuesday marked a season-high in minutes for Davis (33) in which he earned his first double-double of the year. Although his production will likely decrease when Zach Randolph (toe) returns, performances like this make Davis' play worth monitoring over the next few games.
News: Randolph is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game, the Arizona Republic reports.
Impact: There's no official word on whether he has been ruled out, but this is obviously not a good sign. He sat out Saturday's game with the toe injury and was considered doubtful for Tuesday's game.
News: Randolph (toe) is doubtful for Tuesday's game, but is technically a game-time decision, as coach Dave Joerger said, "We'll see if he can go at the last minute," the Arizona Republic reports.
Impact: If Randolph can't go, look for Ed Davis to get another start.

News: Randolph (toe) sat out Monday's practice, FOX Sports Tennessee reports.
Impact: Randolph was forced to miss Saturday's loss against the Nets due to an ingrown toenail. Expect Ed Davis to start in his place again if he is unable to play Tuesday. As for now, consider him day-to-day.
Sat. Nov 30, 2013 | RotoWire
News: Davis started at power forward Saturday with Zach Randolph (toe) out. He put up 10 points, eight rebounds and a steal in 29 minutes.
Impact: Davis shared the open frontcourt minutes with Jon Leuer, and it's unlikely Davis has consistent value unless Randolph runs into an issue that reduces his availability frequently.
News: Pondexter scored a career-high 22 points in Saturday's 97-88 loss to Brooklyn.
Impact: Pondexter had not played in the Grizzlies' two previous games, but it's not clear if he has been injured or not. He certainly looked healthy against Jason Kidd's club.
News: Conley had 16 points and 10 assists in Saturday's 97-88 loss to Brooklyn.
Impact: Conley has been solid with 29 assists in his last three games.
News: Randolph had surgery on an ingrown toenail earlier Saturday and sat out the 97-88 loss to Brooklyn.
Impact: Randolph's status is questionable.
Sat. Nov 30, 2013 | RotoWire
News: Randolph has an ingrown toenail and will not be able to play Saturday against the Nets, Newsday reports.
Impact: Randolph slowed down a bit over the last two games, after posting six consecutive double-doubles. His absence will likely push Ed Davis into the starting lineup, as the Grizzlies are left without both Randolph and Marc Gasol (knee). Given the seemingly minor nature of Randolph's injury, it won't be surprising if the bulky power forward is listed as day-to-day.

News: Conley had 14 points with nine assists to propel the Grizzlies to a 100-93 win over the Boston Celtics on Wednesday night.
Impact: Conley was scoring more points earlier in the year but that has calmed down a bit so fantasy owners may want to look elsewhere although a hot streak could come anytime.
Wed. Nov 27, 2013 | STATS
News: Bayless scored 22 points to propel the Grizzlies to a 100-93 win over the Boston Celtics on Wednesday night.
Impact: Bayless usually doesn't get these kind of numbers so beware.
Wed. Nov 27, 2013 | RotoWire
News: Koufos started Wednesday and played in 35 minutes against the Celtics. He scored seven points (3-11 FG, 1-2 FT), grabbed 13 rebounds and blocked three shots.
Impact: Koufos is starting in place of injured Marc Gasol (knee) and should seemingly start until Gasol returns. It is unlikely that Koufos will be able to fill the offensive hole left by Gasol, but he has done a good job of getting rebounds and blocks to fill the void that Memphis currently faces.
Wed. Nov 27, 2013 | RotoWire
News: Bayless scored a team-high 22 points (6-10 FG, 9-11 FT, 1-3 3Pt) in 21 minutes off the bench Wednesday.
Impact: Bayless can occasionally put up production like we saw Wednesday. However, he only averages 5.4 points per game on the season which should lead us to believe that this game's production should be noted but not expected moving forward.

News: Gasol intends to return as soon as possible from a sprained MCL, Yahoo! Sports reports. ''They try to give me a week - three, four, six,'' Gasol said, adding ''I don't care what number they say, I told them as soon as I can put my foot down on the floor and I can walk, I'm going to rush it and speed the process.''
Impact: Gasol is supposed to at least be in crutches for the next three to four weeks before beginning more intense rehab work, but judging by his history of quick recoveries, this may not necessarily be the case. Last season, after aggravating an abdominal tear, Gasol returned to the lineup four days later, despite the injury typically having a four-week timetable for recovery. Nobody is questioning Gasol's toughness, but owners need to keep in mind that this is a vastly different injury. The Grizzlies will have to wait and see how his body responds in order to establish an accurate return date, but there is certainly no lack of urgency on Gasol's end. This type of injury has kept NBA players sidelined for up to 10 weeks in the past, but it's clear that the reigning defensive player of the year has no intention of sitting out that long.
Tayshaun Prince - #21 - Forward - 6'9" - 215lbs
Mon. Nov 25, 2013 | RotoWire
News: Prince scored 16 points (7-10 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), while contributing two assists and a steal in 36 minutes Monday.
Impact: With Marc Gasol (knee) out for an indefinite amount of time, it will be interesting to see how his absence impacts production for the rest of the squad. Prince is averaging just 6.8 points this season and has never been an offensive-minded player, but we could see a bump in numbers with more shots to go around. Owners should keep an eye on him over the next few games.
Mon. Nov 25, 2013 | RotoWire
News: Koufos scored eight points (4-7 FG) to go along with 13 rebounds and two blocks in 31 minutes in his first start of the season Monday.
Impact: With Marc Gasol (knee) shelved for at least the next few weeks, expect Koufos to continue playing major minutes. The replacement big man has averaged over 10 rebounds per 36 minutes during his career, so his impact on the boards alone makes him worth a look in all formats.
Mon. Nov 25, 2013 | STATS
News: Gasol says he will have to be off his sprained left knee for three to four weeks before he can begin rehab.
Impact: Gasol sustained a grade two sprain of the medial collateral ligament in a game against San Antonio on Friday night. He said Monday that he will try to fast-track his return but there is no timetable until the team sees how he responds to treatment. Some estimates have Gasol missing as much as two months. Kosta Koufos, obtained in an offseason trade with the Nuggets is expected to fill most of Gasol's minutes.
Sat. Nov 23, 2013 | STATS
News: Conley scored a game-high 28 points in Friday's loss to San Antonio.
Impact: He went 12 of 19 from the floor and is shooting 51.6 percent for the year. He's never cracked 45 percent in his previous six years in the league. His scoring average (19.5) is up almost five points from last season.
Fri. Nov 22, 2013 | STATS
News: Gasol has a left knee sprain that won't require surgery, but the reigning NBA defensive player of the year will be out indefinitely. The team announced the sprain of his MCL after an MRI on Saturday.
Impact: Gasol suffered the injury early in the second quarter of Friday night's loss to the San Antonio Spurs. Replays indicated there was little if any contact before Gasol grabbed his knee under the Spurs' basket. He went to the Memphis locker room and did not return.
