News: Oden (knee) recently underwent a non-evasive procedure to accelerate the healing process on his left knee, ESPN reports.
Impact: Oden had wanted to have the procedure performed after his knee completely healed, but doctors recommended that Oden perform it at this time because it would help his recovery. There remains no timetable for Oden's return, though it's possible he could play around the middle of next season if every step of his recovery goes smoothly.
