The excitement started late in the Broncos' loss to the Chargers in Week 5, when Tim Tebow was subbed in for a struggling Kyle Orton. The lefty star staged an epic rally that fell just short, but the impression he left was strong.
 

Tebow's first start of 2011 started slowly, but ended with a bang. After struggling for most of the game, Tebow came alive with time running out in the fourth quarter and helped the Broncos to a 18-15 overtime win.
 

The magic seemed to stop in Week 8, when Tebow and the Broncos were crushed by the Lions at home, 45-10. Why is this game important? Because Tebow owned his struggles and came out stronger for it.
 

Any doubters now? Tebow took the Broncos on the road, where they smacked around the Raiders, 38-24. He threw two TD passes and ran for 117 yards in the win.

Tebow completed two passes ... and won. It's difficult to believe, but his 56-yard TD pass to Eric Decker was enough for the Broncos to eke out a 17-10 victory on the road against the Chiefs. Magical.

Denver fans said a collective "thank you for Tebow" on Thanksgiving, after his 20-yard touchdown run with 58 seconds left lifted the Broncos to a shocking win over the Jets. Any doubters left?

Another overtime thriller? Hey, this is Tim Tebow we're talking about. This time, it was the Chargers shaking their heads after he carried the ball 22 times and threw a touchdown pass.

Again?! Tebow took the Broncos to the top of the AFC West after passing for 202 yards and two third-quarter touchdowns as Denver topped Minnesota 35-32 in dramatic fashion.
