News: Brandon Jacobs left the Giants' win over the Falcons in the third quarter with a knee injury on Sunday, according to the Newark Star-Ledger. [+]
Impact: He said he could have returned to the game were it necessary, but it certainly seemed necessary late in the fourth and overtime, and he was nowhere to be found. Definitely something to monitor this week if you are an owner. ( Fanball - Sun. Nov 22, 2009) |
News: Rich Seubert, who has battled a shoulder injury for much of the season, was seen leaving the team's X-ray room on Sunday afternoon, according to the New York Daily News. [+]
Impact: Little else about his condition, including whether or not he even got X-rayed, is know. His status will likely be updated on Monday. ( Fanball - Sun. Nov 22, 2009) |
News: Hakeem Nicks was seen leaving the Giants' X-ray room after the team's overtime win against the Falcons on Sunday, according to the New York Daily News. [+]
Impact: Nicks would not disclose whether or not he was actually getting X-rayed, but he has been fighting a foot injury in recent weeks. Stay tuned. ( Fanball - Sun. Nov 22, 2009) | |

McNabb throws 3 TDs as Eagles rout Giants The Eagles were in the rarest of positions on a football Sunday. They served as the opening act of a New York-Philly twinbill instead of kicking off as the main event.
Donovan McNabb and DeSean Jackson still put on a dynamic show and the first round of the doubleheader was scored in favor of the Eagles by brutal knockout.
McNabb threw three touchdown passes and Jackson had another big TD catch as the Philadelphia Eagles took a 40-17 win over a mistake-prone Eli Manning and the New York Giants on Sunday. Full Story
