News: Wilson (groin, probable) will probably be at the line of scrimmage on nearly every play on Sunday against the Rams, the East Valley Tribune reports. [+]
Impact: The Cardinals are much more concerned with St. Louis' running attack than their passing game. As a result, Wilson could be on track for a good tackling day and he might get the sack he needs in order to become the 10th player in NFL history to accumulate 20 career sacks and 20 career interceptions. ( RotoWire - Nov 22, 2009) |
News: Rodgers-Cromartie is still wearing a cast on his broken right index finger, although he does not appear on the Cardinals' injury report for the first time since Week 3, the team's official site reports. [+]
Impact: While he's not quite 100 percent, DRC is as healthy as he has been in about two months. Plus, he has two interceptions in six games with the cast, so we don't see any reason to downgrade his Week 11 value. ( RotoWire - Sat. Nov 21, 2009) |
News: Wilson (groin) is probable for Sunday's game. [+]
Impact: He was a full participant in practice on Thursday and Friday and he should be in the Cardinals' starting lineup on Sunday. With one more sack, Wilson will become the 10th player in NFL history to have 20 career interceptions and 20 career sacks. ( RotoWire - Fri. Nov 20, 2009)

Cards' Warner tosses 5 TDs in beating up Bears From five interceptions to five touchdown passes, Kurt Warner's one-week turnaround couldn't have been more emphatic. Nor could the beating the Arizona Cardinals put on the Chicago Bears.
Warner tied a career high by throwing for five touchdowns after getting picked off five times the previous week, Larry Fitzgerald added 123 yards receiving, and the Cardinals easily handled the Bears 41-21 on Sunday.
Warner was at his best after a miserable performance in a 34-21 loss to Carolina. Full Story

News: The Bears promoted Bell from the practice squad Friday after placing Garrett Wolfe (lacerated kidney) on injured reserve, Chicago Breaking Sports News reports. [+]
Impact: Bell, an undrafted rookie free agent from UCLA, could see time on special teams and will move into the role of third running back behind starter Matt Forte and backup Adrian Peterson. ( RotoWire - Fri. Nov 20, 2009) |
News: With Garrett Wolfe (lacerated kidney) out for the rest of the season, Peterson will remain the team's top backup running back. [+]
Impact: The Bears promoted running back Kahlil Bell from the practice squad, but he is expected to be the No. 3 back behind Matt Forte and Peterson. Despite Peterson's status as the No. 2 back, he did not receive a carry last week and would need an injury to Forte to achieve fantasy relevance. ( RotoWire - Fri. Nov 20, 2009) |
News: The Bears placed Wolfe on injured reserve Friday, ending his season. The team listed a kidney injury for Wolfe, who told the Chicago Tribune in a text message that he suffered a lacerated kidney on the opening kickoff of a game against Arizona on Nov. 8. [+]
Impact: The Bears elevated running back Kahlil Bell from the practice squad to replace Wolfe. Wolfe carried the ball 22 times this season for 120 yards and one touchdown. He added nine special teams tackles and two receptions for 12 yards. ( STATS - Fri. Nov 20, 2009)
