Impact: Derek Schouman and Courtney Anderson have had good offseasons, so if Royal looks slow and is struggling with the knee, there's a chance one of those two could unseat him. But if Royal is close to his regular self, he offers enough with his all-around game that it's tough to see him losing his job. So far, so good in his rehab, but the situation will bear watching this summer. We're not real high on him having any big uptick in the passing game, however, as that seems to be Schouman's specialty, even if Schouman ends up the No. 2.
