News: Montgomery (knee) has signed with the Bengals, Joe Reedy of FOX Sports Ohio reports. Impact: Montgomery had first-round potential coming out of college due to his immense athleticism, but injury and character issues plagued his entire first year in the league. The Bengals may have a steal here if they can properly manage his off-the-field issues, but Montgomery has yet to prove himself at the highest level.(RotoWire, )
