Impact: Smith was horrid early on, going just 3-of-7 for five yards in the first half. He picked it up big time in the second half though, a result of the 49ers going exclusively to a spread offense with him in the shotgun formation. Smith bounced back strong from his 118-yard effort last week against the Bears. He'll get a nice matchup in Week 12 against a vulnerable Jags secondary.
