Incognito will not practice this week Rams notebook ¿ He's still nursing foot sprain from last month.

Any work Incognito gets "will be in a controlled training room setting and not out here," Spagnuolo said after Monday's practice at Rams Park. "He's still getting treated."
Once again, the Rams are expected to go with Adam Goldberg at right guard and rookie Jason Smith at right tackle against the Saints. Incognito hasn't played or practiced since suffering a mid-foot sprain Oct. 25 against Indianapolis.
Incognito was the only player who did not practice Monday, the Rams' first day back on the practice field after a four-day break during their bye week.
Defensive end C.J. Ah You, who hasn't played since suffering a high ankle sprain against the Colts, got close to a full workload Monday. Ah You, who is part of the Rams' four-defensive end pass-rush package, could be on course to return against New Orleans.
Amendola is back
After suffering a concussion Nov. 1 in Detroit, wide receiver/kick returner Danny Amendola wasn't cleared to practice until last Wednesday, too late to participate in either of the team's two bye week practices.
But he was back on the practice field Monday, is expected to play against New Orleans, and has modest goals for the second half of the season.
"We need to get some more wins," he said.
The bye gave Amendola an extra week to make sure his head was right after absorbing a brutal hit from Detroit linebacker Zack Follert on a fourth-quarter kickoff return.
"It couldn't have come at a better time," Amendola said of the bye. "...It gave me extra time for my head to heal and rest."
Dahl, Roach fined
Rams backup safeties Craig Dahl and David Roach were fined $5,000 by the NFL for unnecessary roughness against Detroit.
Roach was fined for striking an opponent who was away from the play on a Lions punt with 7 minutes left in the game. Dahl was fined for striking an opponent with his forearm on a Lions pass play with 1:21 to play.
Tickets remain
As of Monday afternoon, about 2,500 tickets remained for Sunday's home game against the Saints. According to Kevin Demoff, the Rams' executive vice president of Football operations, the team was firming up plans for a ticket-selling initiative involving the nation's military veterans. Details of the program could be announced today.
All three Rams home games played this season have met NFL sell-out requirements and have been televised locally.
Help wanted
The Rams have yet to fill the roster spot created by waiving safety Anthony Smith late last week. But that could change today with defensive backs Marcus Brown and Marquis Floyd scheduled to visit Rams Park for workouts.
Brown, a McNeese State product, was in training camp with the Rams this summer. Floyd spent the first two games of 2009 on the Cleveland Browns' roster but was a pregame inactive for both games.
It's possible that Brown and Floyd could be auditioning for only a practice-squad spot if the Rams decide to promote someone on their current practice squad to the 53-man roster.
