FOX Sports Live is previewing every team in the league in its own special way -- by counting down from worst to first. It all begins on June 30, when our panel of experts will reveal their No. 32 team. Tune in to FOX Sports Live each night to see where your team ends up.

The Super Bowl champion Seahawks took our No. 1 spot after a dominating season saw them cruise to a Super Bowl win over the Denver Broncos. Some of the other rankings may surprise you.
