The Titans defeated the Vikings, 30-17, last Sunday and improved to 4-0 for the first time in franchise history. Just three teams since 2000 have won their first four games of the season and missed the playoffs (2003 Vikings, 2002 Chargers, 2000 Jets).
Tennessee is riding a league-high 7-game winning streak and has outscored opponents by a combined 154-79 in those contests. The Titans are just 1-5 against the Ravens in the two teams' last six meetings, but three of those losses were by a single point.
Baltimore took a 13-3 lead into halftime Monday night against the Steelers, but was outscored 20-7 in the second half/overtime and lost its first game of the season, 23-20. The Ravens have now dropped eight straight games in which they've allowed 23 or more points.
Willis McGahee left the game on Monday night with a chest injury and Le'Ron McClain led the Ravens with 63 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries against Pittsburgh. McGahee fractured his ribs late last season and he is currently listed as day-to-day for this Sunday's contest.

Originally drafted by Tennessee in 1997, Derrick Mason had 137 yards receiving for the Ravens against the Steelers on Monday night. The last time Mason had that many receiving yards in a single game was when he recorded 137 against the Bills while still a member of the Titans in 2003.
Baltimore has won three straight home games dating to last season and is 32-10 at home since 2003 (4th best in football over the last 5+ seasons).
With its 33-19 upset win over the Broncos in Week 4, Kansas City snapped a franchise-high 12-game losing streak. The Chiefs had scored just 32 points combined in their first three games of 2008, before exploding for 33 against Denver.
Damon Huard made his second start of the season in Week 4 and was 21-of-28 for 160 yards and a touchdown (100.3 rating) in the victory. Huard is now 10-10 in 20 career starts for the Chiefs.

Larry Johnson recorded his second consecutive 100-yard game last Sunday and now leads the AFC with 415 yards on the ground in 2008. Kansas City is 22-7 all-time when L.J. goes over 100 yards rushing.
Dating to November 2007, the Chiefs have lost six straight road games and averaged just 11.8 points per game in those contests.

The Falcons never led against the Panthers last Sunday and eventually lost, 24-9, in Carolina, dropping to 2-2 on the season. Atlanta has lost five straight on the road, getting outscored 143-64 in the process.

Among all players with at least 10 catches, Evans leads the NFL with a 23.7 yard per catch average in 2008 and his six receptions of 25+ yards this season are tied with Greg Jennings (GB) for most in the league.
Opponents have converted just 19.2% of their third-down opportunities against the Bills defense this season lowest in the league.
Without an injured Carson Palmer, the Bengals lost to the Browns last weekend, 20-12. The last time a Cincinnati team lost its first four games of the season was when it went 0-7 to begin 2002.
Ryan Fitzpatrick started in place of Palmer (his first NFL start since 2005) and threw for 156 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions. Palmer's elbow injury isn't considered serious and he plans to start this Sunday against the Cowboys.

Dallas has scored 17 points in its first possession of the game this season most among all teams in the league. The only time in 2008 that the Cowboys did not score on their first possession was last weekend vs. the Redskins.

The Patriots had their NFL record 21-game regular-season win streak snapped in Week 3 with a 38-13 loss to the Dolphins. Dating to December 10, 2006, New England is now 2-2 vs. Miami and 21-0 vs. everybody else (regular season only).
New England is 10-9 all-time following a bye week, however, the Pats have won five straight times after getting the week off (last loss in 2002 vs. Denver).
San Francisco had its modest 2-game win streak snapped last week in a 31-17 loss to the Saints. The 49ers had the ball for 27:05 against New Orleans in Week 4 and are now 1-12 the last 13 times they've lost the time of possession battle.
The Niners have never lost to the Patriots at home (4-0 record). The last two times these teams met were in Foxboro and New England won both contests (1998 and 2005).

LaMont Jordan leads all Patriots' rushers with 90 yards on the ground this season New England is the only team in the league without a player that has at least 100 yards rushing this season.
After sacking Kansas City quarterbacks four times in the first game of 2008, the Patriots have just two in their last two contests. Niners quarterback J.T. Sullivan has been sacked a league-high 19 times thus far this season.
Patriots kicker, Stephen Gostkowski has 25 points this season the rest of the New England squad has combined for just 24 points in 2007.
The Steelers beat the Ravens, 23-20, in overtime on Monday night and improved to 3-1 for the fourth time in the last five seasons. Pittsburgh is now 9-1 at home since the beginning of last season, but just 4-6 on the road.
Jacksonville has defeated Pittsburgh three straight times and is 11-8 all-time against the Steelers. The last three times these teams have met in Florida were decided by a total of 12 points (Pittsburgh won two of those games).
The Jags also had an overtime win in Week 4 a 30-27 victory over the Texans. Last Sunday was the first time since November of 2005 vs. Tennessee that Jacksonville has given up 27+ points and still won the game (breaks 8-game losing streak).
Willie Parker missed last Sunday's game with a sprained knee and will miss this one as well. Rashard Mendenhall filled in against the Ravens until he went down with a season-ending shoulder injury and on Tuesday, Pittsburgh signed Najeh Davenport to shore up its depleted running back corps.
David Garrard had his first game of 2008 without an interception last weekend after throwing at least one in each of his first three games of the season. Garrard is now 16-6 as the Jags' starting QB when he goes without a pick and 5-7 when throwing one or more INT.
Josh Scobee has kicked a game-winning field goal in each of his last two games and, including a 25-yarder vs. Pittsburgh in last year's AFC wild-card game, now has four total in his career. Scobee's counterpart, Jeff Reed now has eight career game-winning kicks, including one against the Jags in 2004.
Pittsburgh is holding opponents to just 74.0 rush yards per game in 2008 fourth-lowest in the NFL this year and currently the best single-season mark in Steelers' franchise history.
Ben Roethlisberger has been sacked 15 times already this season (most in the AFC) and 108 times since the beginning of 2006 (second-most in football behind Jon Kitna's 126).
Minnesota dropped a 30-17 decision to the Titans last Sunday in Tennessee its third straight road loss dating to last season. The Vikes are just 4-11 on the road since November 2006.
The Vikings were held to just 80 yards on the ground in Week 4 their lowest rushing output since Adrian Peterson joined the team in 2007. The last time a Minnesota team was held to fewer rush yards was December 21, 2006 by the Packers (77 yards).
Despite committing 13 penalties last Sunday, the Saints beat the 49ers, 31-17, improving to 2-2 on the season. The last time New Orleans had 13 or more penalties and still won the game was in November 2000 vs. the Rams (17 penalties).
Minnesota has beaten New Orleans three straight times and scored over 30 points in each of those contests. Including the postseason, the Saints are just 2-12 all-time in Minnesota with their last win coming in 1993.
Last Sunday, Deuce McAllister scored his first rushing touchdown since December 24, 2006 against the Giants. In addition, McAllister had 73 yards on the ground against the 49ers in Week 4 (his best performance since gaining 108 yards against the Giants in 2006).
With his third 300-yard game of the season last Sunday, Drew Brees leads the NFL with 1,343 passing yards in 2008. Brees also led all QBs with 4,418 yards through the air in 2006 and his total of 10,184 passing yards since joining the Saints is highest in the league.
Reggie Bush is tied for the league-lead with 31 catches in 2008 and his 192 receptions since joining the league in 2006 are most among all NFL running backs (and 6th highest among all players).
Including the postseason, the Vikings have lost a league-high 40 straight games when trailing entering the fourth quarter their last win came in the 1997 wild-card game against the Giants.
