The true blame for the fallen Motown franchise lies with former general manager Matt Millen, who presided over the bulk of the NFL's worst eight-year stretch since World War II. This is even a bigger no-brainer than Marinelli, as Crennel has been a dead coach walking for most of the second half of a lost season in Cleveland. A trendy preseason sleeper this summer after going 10-6 in 2007, the Browns' brutal schedule and QB injuries sidetracked any hope of big Romeo saving his gig.
