Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 15) - Another 8-8 season can't make Jerry happy, stop complaining about Romo and check out how inconsistent the defense was all season
Bob Glauber (Newsday, 17) - Tony "Turnover" Romo strikes again. His three picks against the Redskins matched his interceptions total from his previous eight games. More questions heading into a second straight off-season after losing out on the division the final game of the season.
Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 15) - The Cowboys were 4-4 at home, 4-4 on the road and allowed more points (400) than they scored (376). That explains why the Cowboys extended their playoff-less streak to three seasons.
Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 15) - Maybe it's time to realize that Tony Romo is what he is. Dallas won't go far until or unless he changes character.
