The Panthers have signed all seven of their draft picks, including linebacker Luke Kuechly from Boston College, Carolina's first-round pick and the No. 9 overall choice.

All seven will participate in the team's three-day rookie minicamp beginning Friday afternoon.

Panthers general manager Marty Hurney says ''We are thrilled to have our entire draft class under contract'' and that ''we look forward to watching these young men come in and compete starting this weekend.''

Along with Kuechly, the Panthers signed second-round pick Amini Silatolu, fourth-round selections Frank Alexander and Joe Adams, fifth-round pick Josh Norman, sixth-round pick Brad Nortman and seventh-round pick D.J. Campbell.

The Panthers waived second-year linebacker Phillip Dillard.

The roster now stands at 90 players.
