ST. LOUIS (AP)

Defensive end Calais Campbell will start for the Arizona Cardinals in the opener at St. Louis after being listed as questionable with a quadriceps injury and missing practice Friday.

Wide receiver Andre Roberts also will start Sunday in place of injured tight end Rob Housler, ruled out with an ankle injury. Roberts was limited Friday with a quadriceps injury.

Campbell was hurt when he was accidentally kicked by a teammate in practice.

There were no surprises among the Rams' inactives, with four backups already ruled out earlier in the week. Rookie offensive lineman Barrett Jones was inactive.
