Report: Cowboys QB, Simpson call it quits

Good news, Cowboys fans: The Jessica Simpson Curse has been lifted!
Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo broke up the with the blonde songstress last week, a day before her 29th birthday, according to People magazine. "She is heartbroken," a source told the publication. "She loves Tony. But it's been difficult lately." Rumors of a break-up were fueled by reports that Romo was out at a Hollywood hotspot Friday night without Simpson. A representative for Simpson had no comment and Romo's representative could not be reached by People for a comment. In the meantime, Simpson seems hopeful if posts on her Twitter account are any indication of her state of mind. "Everyone needs to know that hope floats ... grab the strings and pull it back to you," she posted Sunday.
