Report: Ochocinco plants Bengal fans at Lambeau

Remember the three Bengals fans who just happened to be in the front row when Chad Ochochinco did his Lambeau leap last Sunday? Guess who put them there. Yep, Ochocinco himself. Cincinnati's irrepressible wideout made sure there would be some welcoming arms to leap into by giving front-row tickets to Bengals fans, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Ochocinco wrote on his Twitter account last week that he wanted to jump into the crowd at Lambeau Field if he scored a touchdown. Mike Bergs, a 31-year-old Bengals fan in Illinois, told the newspaper he responded to the post by saying he'd be willing to make the trip to Green Bay to catch the receiver. Bergs said he received four free front-row tickets to the game, courtesy of Ochocinco days later . He went to Green Bay with his brother and a friend, all of whom dressed in bright Bengals orange. "We're thinking, OK, that would be great if it comes together, but you know how it is," Bergs told the newspaper. "He's got to score in our end zone. Heck, he's got to score, period, and find us in the heat of the moment. We knew there would be a ton of other Packer fans around."
In the third quarter, Ochocinco caught a 13-yard touchdown pass, giving Cincinnati the lead for good. He scanned the crowd for his guests and leaped into their arms in Section 107. "When he started making his way toward us, we knew it was on," Bergs told the newspaper. "His face. I wish I could have been shooting a camera at him. The smile on his face was from ear to ear. He was so excited." Thanks to them, Ochocinco made his Lambeau leap safely. And no, the Packers fans nearby didn't give Bergs and Co. a hard time. "That was one of the most pure, fun moments for us as Bengals fans," Bergs said.
