How come this year everyone is saying that the Heisman Trophy should not be all about statistics, but last year it was purely based on them? CUE THE RIM SHOT I feel that we should go ahead and spend the $150 million on the Jaguars, renovating the stadium. When there's a tornado, we can all go there because there's never been a touchdown. BCS CRISIS AVERTED Here is a rave for the Iowa Football team for beating Penn State. If not for that, the national championship game would be between unbeaten Penn State and either Florida or Oklahoma, resulting in another Big Ten team being blown out. The game between Florida and Oklahoma is likely to be a shootout rather than a blowout. STOP THE COMPLAINING Would everyone please stop whining about the Jaguars? We are very fortunate to have an NFL team and the Wayne Weaver as the owner. If we run this team off, there will not be another. We need to support this team and stop the complaining. JUST A DROP IN THE BUCKET I think the Mets should let Francisco Rodriguez sit the bench for two or three years. And give General Motors that $37 million.
