Dropping eight figures on a place to live!

And as if Jets and Giants fan haven't had enough Tom Brady in their lives, another source told Page Six: "It will allow Tom Brady to look down on Gotham like Batman."

According to Forbes, the power couple brought in $80 million in the past year, second only to Beyonce and Jay-Z in the couples' cash game.

She's not married, she's not an athlete and she hasn't even been seen at many sporting events recently. And her place reportedly cost only $12 million — before she knocked it down and started all over.

TMZ on Thursday reported that Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods' ex-wife, is nearing completion of her North Palm Beach, Fla. "mega-mansion". Or, as TMZ calls it ...

And, according to the report, the property should be complete by December.

Dashing through sand, indeed!
