Josh Freeman is joining the New York Giants.

FOX Sports 1 NFL Insider Mike Garafolo reported Wednesday morning that the QB and the Giants had agreed to a one-year deal.

Freeman split time last season with the Buccaneers and the Vikings. He was cut by the Bucs following Week 7 and later joined the Vikings, only to play one game with Minnesota.

He'll join the third team of his career as Eli Manning's backup.
