Will Reebok sell more Jets' Tebow items?

Reebok and Nike are back in court to continue a fight over whether Reebok can sell apparel with the name of New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow (TEE'-boh).

Reebok International Ltd. wants a judge Wednesday to lift his ban on sales of the apparel. Federal Judge Kevin Castel sided with Nike Inc. after the Beaverton-Ore.-based company sued Reebok last week to halt sales. The dispute arose because Tebow was traded from the Denver Broncos to the Jets two weeks ago, just as Nike was preparing to take over the NFL's merchandising contract from Reebok.

Reebok says it sold 6,000 Tebow Jets jerseys and 25,000 T-shirts. It says only a small number of jerseys and no T-shirts mentioned Reebok.

Reebok is based in Canton, Mass. It's a subsidiary of Adidas AG.
