WR Titus Young arrested again
What a week it's been for NFL free-agent receiver Titus Young.
The Detroit News first reported that the former Lions wideout was charged with burglary, assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest, the third time in less than seven days he has been arrested.
Orange County Sheriff's spokesman Lt. Joe Balicki says the 23-year-old Young was arrested late Friday in San Clemente.
Balicki says Young fought with deputies after a foot chase. He is in custody Sunday on $75,000 bail.
Young was arrested and charged with suspicion of driving under the influence last Sunday. Later that day, he was booked for attempting to steal his own car out of the impound lot.
Young had 33 catches for 383 yards and hauled in four touchdowns last season.
The Associated Press contributed to this report.
