Impact: Lowery has 41 career starts with the Jets and Jaguars. He started three games with Jacksonville in 2013 before sustaining a concussion on the first play at Seattle on Sept. 22. He later was placed on injured reserve and released. Lowery, a fourth-round pick by the Jets in 2008, has 10 career interceptions.
