Impact: As far as corners go, he's a pretty good IDP option because of his ball-hawking ability. Talib and the Tampa Bay secondary should be very busy against the Saints' passing attack on Sunday.

News: Winslow (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Saints.
Impact: He's caught 11 passes for 159 yards and a touchdown in the first two games that rookie quarterback Josh Freeman has started. Winslow figures to be busy in Week 11 as the Bucs may have a difficult time keeping up with the Saints' high-powered offense on Sunday.

News: Williams (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Saints.
Impact: He continues to see double-digit carries each week, but there are still concerns about a late-season breakdown given his extensive injury history. Derrick Ward will likely remain in the backup role against the Saints on Sunday.

News: Bryant (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Saints.
Impact: He's an option if you're looking for a third wideout in your lineup this week. Bryant is facing a New Orleans defense that is a little bit banged up in the secondary, but keep in mind that he's still adjusting a rookie quarterback as Josh Freeman is making his third NFL start in Week 11.

Impact: Bryant participated in his third consecutive practice Friday, and while coach Raheem Morris didn't say that the wideout's return was a certainty, it looks like he'll be able to give it a go Sunday, barring a setback. "He looked decent, Morris said. "He's looked as good as he's looked all year as far as coming out to practice. You've got to get him into the game and see where we can go from there."

News: Kellen Winslow was a full participant in practice on Friday, according to the Pewter Report. He was limited earlier in the week with a sore knee, but will play on Sunday.
Impact: Winslow is a good play this week against the Saints as the game will likely be of the high-scoring variety. Expect the Bucs to get down early and turn to the passing game often.

News: Cadillac Williams (knee) was a full participant in Buccaneers practice on Friday, according to the Pewter Report. He is listed as probable for Sunday.
Impact: He will play. Going up against New Orleans' leaky run defense, he's not a bad flex play.

Impact: However, he is expected to be rotated with Maurice Stovall, and is still not worth starting in any format.

News: NFL.com is reporting that Tampa bay Bucs' wide receiver Antonio Bryant is expected to play Sunday against the Saints. Bryant has missed the past two games with a knee injury.
Impact: This will be Bryant's first game with rookie Josh Freeman as the team's starter, so it is reasonable to think the two might not be on the same page. Still, he is a talented receiver who could be serviceable this week if you really need him. If you have another option, however, it would be best to go that route.

News: Jamison Hensley of the Baltimore Sun tweeted that the Ravens may consider signing Mike Nugent after parting ways with struggling placekicker Steven Hauschka.
Impact: The Ravens are ranked 11th in the NFL in scoring (24.7 points per game), and Nugent would be worth a look in fantasy leagues if the club decides to sign him.

News: According to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Twitter page, Arron Sears has been reinstated from the team's Did Not Report list.
Impact: Sears can begin practicing immediately during a two-week roster exemption period. He failed to join the Bucs this offseason after dealing with a bout of severe depression and concussion issues, but looks like he back on his horse. The Bucs should welcome him back with open arms.

News: Sears (personal) has been reinstated to the Buccaneers but the team has a two-week roster exemption that will allow him to practice without counting against the 53-man roster, the St. Petersburg Times reports.
Impact: Sears will likely practice and attempt to get in shape for the next two weeks, after which the team will make a decision on whether to promote him to the active roster.

News: Freeman suffered his first loss as a starter Sunday in a 25-23 defeat to Miami. He completed 16 of 28 passes for 196 yards, 1TD and 1 INT.
Impact: Freeman also ran seven times for 36 yards. It is too early in the youngster's care to tell what the future holds so the best advice is to wait and see.

News: Winslow had seven catches for 102 yards Sunday in a 25-23 loss at Miami.
Impact: Winslow had his second 100-yard receiving game and has been solid with 42 receptions.

News: Williams had 14 carries for 52 yards Sunday in a 25-23 loss to the Dolphins.
Impact: The Auburn product has yet to reach 100 yards in a game this season, but he's 23 yards shy of his total over the last two seasons.

News: White said he will return to the lineup Sunday Week 11 against the Saints, the St. Petersburg Times reports.
Impact: "I definitely anticipate playing this week,'' White said. "As far as I'm concerned, I'm playing. I'm cleared to go. Ready to go." But head coach Raheem Morris did not sound as confident about White's return. "I think he'll practice this week. I'm not sure where he is. I'll have to see. We'll know more about it Wednesday." The Buccaneers' defense could certainly use the pass-rushing White back soon.

News: Stylez G. White (shoulder) is expected to practice and play in Week 11, according to the Pewter Report.
Impact: So Stylez won't be reduced to simply styling on the sidelines again this weekend. His three sacks rank second on the Bucs.

News: Jackson had nine tackles (eight solo) in the Buccaneers' 25-23 loss to the Dolphins Sunday.
Impact: Jackson has been playing very well since his return from suspension as he now has 32 total tackles, three passes defensed, three interceptions (two returned for touchdowns), and a forced fumble in five games played.

News: Freeman completed 16-of-28 passes for 196 yards and one touchdown and ran seven times for 36 yards in the Buccaneers' 25-23 loss to the Dolphins Sunday.
Impact: Freeman also threw an interception and lost a fumble but he led the team on a late touchdown drive that almost led to a second straight victory for the team. He's not quite fantasy-worthy at this point but keep him on your radar as he has a big arm and can scramble well.

News: Black had a strong game Sunday versus the Dolphins as he had nine tackles (all solo) and an interception.
Impact: Black doesn't put up strong numbers consistently enough at this point to be a candidate in IDP leagues.

News: Kellen Winslow posted seven receptions for 102 yards in the Week 10 loss at Miami.
Impact: Winslow has managed to stay healthy in 2009, and he has peformed well despite catching passes from three different quarterbacks. On the season, the Soldier has posted two 100-yard efforts along with five touchdowns, and he's a top-10 fantasy tight end in all formats.

News: Ward (knee) carried the ball 10 times for 34 yards in Sunday's 25-23 loss at Miami.
Impact: Ward received four less carries than Cadillac Williams and was not as productive as Williams, who ran for 52 yards and scored a short touchdown. Ward hasn't had the season many envisioned he'd have in Tampa Bay, but part of that can be attributed to the team's overall failures. Rookie quarterback Josh Freeman has looked solid in his first couple of starts, so there might be some hope down the line for the Buccaneers' skill players.

News: Though didn't find the end zone Sunday versus the Dolphins, Winslow nevertheless had a big game as he caught seven passes for 102 yards.
Impact: This was Winslow's second 100-yard receiving game this season. Winslow, who was targeted 11 times Sunday, appears to have some nice chemistry with Buccaneers' quarterback Josh Freeman, which bodes well for his fantasy prospects the rest of the season.

News: Williams had 14 carries for 52 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers' 25-23 loss to the Dolphins Sunday in Miami.
Impact: The touchdown was only Williams third rushing score of the season. Williams still remains the team's top running back so he has some fantasy value as a third running back or at least as a solid bench option.

News: Stovall caught four passes for 47 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers' 25-23 loss to the Dolphins Sunday in Miami.
Impact: Stovall started in place of the injured Antonio Bryant. His yardage total was not overwhelming Sunday but he make up for that some by scoring his first touchdown of the season. Stovall would start once again Week 11 if Bryant is still out.

News: Week 10 inactives: QB Byron Leftwich (3rd), WR Antonio Bryant, WR Yamon Figurs, CB Mike Mickens, FB Chris Pressley, OG Shawn Murphy, OL James Lee, and DE Stylez G. White.
Impact: RB Derrick Ward (knee) is active and will share carries with starter Cadillac Williams. With Bryant inactive, we expect TE Kellen Winslow to be even more involved in the passing game. Also, WR Michael Clayton (knee) and CB Aqib Talib (hamstring) are active and will start.

News: Stylez G. White didn't make the trip to Miami for today's game against the Dolphins, according to FOX Sports.
Impact: White, who is second on the team behind Jimmy Wilkerson with 3.0 sacks, didn't practice this week due to a shoulder injury. He will likely be replaced at defensive end by a rotation of Tim Crowder and Kyle Moore.

News: Williams' teammate Derrick Ward (knee) is active for Sunday's game in Miami and will grab a few of Williams' carries.
Impact: Williams is expected to be the feature back against the Dolphins, but Ward will likely be in line for at least five to 10 touches Sunday.

Impact: Bryant was listed as doubtful for this week, so this isn't a big surprise. Fantasy owners shouldn't be relying on him to start at this point, but if you are then you need to find a replacement for tomorrow.

Impact: Leftwich will probably not play in a game the rest of the season for the Buccaneers regardless of his health as Josh Freeman should be the starter from now on.

Impact: White has been playing fairly well recently given his three sacks and 17 total tackles in his last three games so hopefully he can give it a go Sunday versus the Dolphins.

Impact: Bryant, who missed Sunday's 38-28 win over the Packers, has not practiced much this season given his constant issues with his knee. No word on his status for Week 10 yet.

News: Winslow had four catches for 57 yards and a touchdown Sunday in the Buccaneers' 38-28 win over Green Bay, snapping their 11-game losing streak.
Impact: Winslow isn't delivering week in and week out like he did in 2006 and 2007 with Cleveland, but he's become the Bucs' best receiving threat.

News: Williams had 16 carries for 56 yards in the Buccaneers' 38-28 win over Green Bay on Sunday.
Impact: Williams only has two touchdowns this season, but the Bucs have been behind so often it's hard to stick with the running game. Perhaps with Josh Freeman taking over the starting job that will change, at least occasionally.

News: Freeman went 14 of 31 for 205 yards with three touchdowns and an interception, leading the previously winless Bucs to a 38-28 victory over the Green Bay Packers in his first start Sunday and ending the league's longest losing streak at 11 games.
Impact: It's way too early to tell if Freeman has any future fantasy value, but he doesn't have any right now regardless of his numbers Sunday. His completion percentage will be low and expect more interceptions than touchdowns in the future.

News: Bryant (knee) said it wasn't his decision to sit out Sunday's game against the Packers, indicating that the Bucs' doctors and coaches overruled him, the St. Petersburg Times reports.
Impact: Bryant was evidently hoping that sitting out practice at the end of the week would allow his knee to settle down, but the powers that be chose the cautious route. More on his Week 10 status in the coming days.

News: Williams carried the ball a team-high 16 times for 56 yards in Sunday's 38-28 upset win over Green Bay.
Impact: Williams led the team in rushing on Sunday, but Derrick Ward was arguably more productive, catching three passes for 54 yards with a touchdown. Rookie quarterback Josh Freeman played well in his first career start, throwing three touchdowns, which bodes well for Williams and the entire offense.

News: Stovall had three catches for 46 yards in the Buccaneers' 38-28 victory over the Packers Sunday.
Impact: Not a huge game for Stovall, who started at wide receiver in place of Antonio Bryant (knee), but it is worth noting that he led the team in targets with seven. If Bryant is out again next week Stovall could once gain be a big part of the passing game.

News: White continued his strong play as a starter as he had 1.5 sacks in the Buccaneers' 38-28 victory over the Packers Sunday.
Impact: White also added four tackles (two solo), four quarterback hits and one tackle-for-loss. White may be worth a look in IDP leagues as he has had three sacks and 17 total tackles in his last three games, all starts.

News: Stroughter caught three passes for 19 yards and a touchdown Sunday in the Buccaneers' 38-28 victory over the Packers.
Impact: The touchdown marked Stroughter's first as a receiver this season (he had one earlier in the year on a punt return). Stroughter is not quite there as a fantasy-worthy receiver but he certainly has shown some flashes of ability in his rookie season.

News: After not being much of a factor the last two games, Winslow caught four passes for 57 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneer's 38-28 victory over the Packers Sunday.
Impact: Winslow has been a bit inconsistent this year in terms of production, but that in part has been due to the team's revolving door at quarterback. With Josh Freeman most likely the starter for the rest of the season, perhaps we will start to see some more consistent fantasy production from Winslow.

News: Jackson continued his impressive play since returning from a four game suspension as he had six tackles (four solo) and an interception that he returned 35 yards for a touchdown.
Impact: The interception was Jackson's third of the season and the second he has returned for a touchdown. Jackson is a decent option at safety in IDP leagues as through four games played he now has 23 total tackles, three passes defensed, and a forced fumble to go with his three picks.

News: Though he only had four carries for five yards rushing, Ward did catch three passes for 54 yards and a touchdown Sunday versus the Packers.
Impact: Ward only had four carries as compared to Cadillac Williams' 16 but at least he was involved in the passing game this week. Still, Ward cannot be counted on for consistent fantasy production at this point due to his continued lack of touches.

News: Though he only completed 14-of-31 passes, Freeman threw for three touchdowns and only one interception in the Buccaneers' 38-28 victory of the Packers on Sunday.
Impact: Overall it was a strong debut for the first-round pick, Freeman, as the Buccaneers' starting quarterback threw for 205 yards and rushed for another 20 yards in the Buccaneers' first victory of the season. He will have his ups and downs, and needs to work on his accuracy, but Freeman definitely has some potential, both in fantasy and real-life. Unless he completely falls on his face or gets hurt, expect Freeman to remain the starting quarterback for the Buccaneers for the rest of this season.

News: Bryant was inactive for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins, the second straight game he's missed.
Impact: Bryant had arthroscopic surgery on his left knee during training camp and has been hampered by the injury all season. He was limited in practice this week because of swelling he attributed to the team's long flight home from London two weeks ago.

News: With Antonio Bryant (knee) inactive for Sunday's game against Green Bay, Stovall will start at receiver.
Impact: Stovall doesn't have a reception since Week 2, and we still don't recommend him as a fantasy play, especially with rookie Josh Freeman under center.

News: Talib (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against Green Bay.
Impact: Talib's three-interception explosion in Week 4 generated some fantasy attention, but he's been a rather marginal IDP option otherwise. Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has thrown just two picks all year.

News: Clayton (wrist) is active for Sunday's game against Green Bay.
Impact: Clayton should be in line for extra targets since the Bucs will be without Antonio Bryant (knee), but it won't be enough to make him a recommended fantasy play. He hasn't topped 27 yards since Week 1 and will be working with a rookie quarterback under center.

News: Bryant (knee) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against Green Bay.

Even if he can go, he'd be a risky proposition, with rookie QB Josh Freeman slated to make his first NFL start this weekend.

Impact: It is looking more and more like Talib will be able to play Sunday.

Impact: No word on his status for Sunday yet but it seems he will play at this point.

Impact: "I feel perfectly fine – I'm back to normal," said Smith, who suffered the concussion Oct. 18. Barring a setback, expect to see him returning kicks Sunday against the Packers.

Impact: Yes, Freeman is getting the first team reps, but there hasn't been any extra work for the soon-to-be first time starting QB. This does not bode well for the young QB from a fantasy perspective, at least initially.

News: The Buccaneers have signed kicker Connor Barth and released Andrus.
Impact: Andrus signed with Tampa Bay after Mike Nugent struggled early this season. He appeared in three games, going 0-for-1 on field goal attempts while converting six extra points without a miss.

Impact: With Tampa Bay struggling, Bryant has been mostly quiet this season, and this was actually his best fantasy effort of the season. He remains a disappointing fantasy wide receiver, especially after his breakout late late year.

Impact: Derrick Ward actually got more carries than Williams just one week after Cadillac had been solid, racking up 77 yards and a touchdown. But Tampa Bay's struggles and Ward's presence combine to make Williams only a marginal fantasy starter based on the right matchup. The Bucs don't play at all this week.

Impact: Based on the fact that Tampa Bay is trailing in every game and Ward is in a time share with Cadillac Williams, the former Giant has been a very disappointing fantasy back this year, and that doesn't seem likely to change soon.

Impact: Johnson was taken out midway through the fourth quarter and replaced by rookie Josh Freeman. Johnson likely won't lose his starting job, but you don't want him starting for your fantasy team at this point regardless.

News: There is some speculation that Freeman could finally get his first start in the team's next game, the St. Petersburg Times reports.
Impact: This would be a logical time to put Freeman in as he now has had some time to sit and observe the other Buccaneers' quarterbacks. In addition, there is a bye week before the team's next game Week 9 versus the Packers. Given the overall state of the team and Freeman's inexperience, do not expect much in terms of fantasy production were Freeman to take over as the Buccaneers' starting quarterback.

News: Wilkerson had a season-high seven tackles (three solo) and a half-sack in the Buccaneers' 35-to-7 loss to the Patriots in London.
Impact: Wilkerson is in the midst of the best season of his career as he has already set a career-high in tackles and sacks. Wilkerson has become an interesting player to keep an eye on in IDP leagues at this point.

News: Winslow caught only two passes for nine yards in the Buccaneers' 35-to-7 loss to the Patriots Sunday in London.
Impact: Winslow is still the team's leading receiver but his numbers are very erratic from week to week due to the team's inconsistent play at quarterback.

Impact: Bryant was targeted a team-high nine times and is looking more and more healthy each week. The main thing holding back Bryant from better numbers at this point is the team's inconsistent play at quarterback.

Impact: Johnson also uncharacteristically only ran once for seven yards as the Patriots did a good job of keeping him in the pocket. Johnson was replaced by rookie first-round draft pick Josh Freeman late in the fourth quarter so it remains to be seen how much longer Johnson remains the starter.

News: Stroughter led Tampa Bay in receiving in Sunday's blowout loss, catching three passes for 63 yards.
Impact: Stroughter has shown some flashes and has a lot of value in fantasy leagues that count returns (had three punt returns and three kickoff returns on Sunday).

News: Williams had 11 carries for just 29 yards in Sunday's 35-7 loss to the Patriots in London.
Impact: Williams had an 11-yard run early in the game, but that was pretty much the highlight of his day. Derrick Ward was more effective running the ball on Sunday, rushing for 48 yards on 13 carries, so the up-and-down play of both Williams and Ward continue.

News: Ward had 48 yards on 13 carries and caught one pass for eight yards in Sunday's 35-7 loss to the Patriots in London.
Impact: Ward got most of his work in the first half when the game was relatively close so it's not like he put up his numbers in garbage time. Meanwhile, Cadillac Williams ran for just 29 yards on 11 carries, although he was more effective as a receiver with two receptions for 28 yards. Considering that Tampa Bay is winless in seven games this season, it's hard to get excited about Ward or Williams and when you factor in their unpredictability from week-to-week, it might be best to stay away from the entire Tampa Bay backfield.

News: Jackson had eight tackles (seven solo) and an interception in the Buccaneers' 35-7 loss to the Patriots Sunday in London.
Impact: Jackson is one of the better safeties for IDP leagues as he is a solid tackler and a ball-hawk.

News: Talib had his fourth interception of the season as he picked off Tom Brady in the Buccaneers' 35-7 loss to the Patriots on Sunday in London.
Impact: Talib also added three tackles (two solo). Talib is turning into one of the few bright spots for the struggling Buccaneers' defense, but does not get enough tackles to be IDP league worthy at this point.

News: Freeman entered Sunday's game against the Patriots in the second half.
Impact: Josh Johnson was 9-of-26 for 156 yards with a TD and three picks before being lifted. At the very least, Freeman is getting some valuable experience, but beyond that we'll have to see if there are any plans for the switch to stick.

News: Talib (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
Impact: Talib, who has 22 tackles in six games thus far, does have three picks, but they all came in Week 4 against the Redskins. Suffice to say, he's unlikely to have that sort of output facing QB Tom Brady this week.

News: Ruud (elbow) is active for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
Impact: Ruud, who has 58 tackles and a pick thus far, remains one of the more reliable IDP options around, as he is tied for fourth in the NFL in the tackle department.

News: Clayton (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
Impact: Overall, Clayton has 11 catches for 154 yards in six games, but note that five of those catches and 93 of those yards came in the Bucs' opener.

News: Smith (concussion) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
Impact: Look for Sammie Stroughter to help fill the void in the Bucs' return game created by Smith's absence.
