Impact: Higgins wasn't much of a factor last year, posting just 23 points in 57 games. He posted 52 points in 82 games the year before, but it doesn't seem likely that Higgins will ever be a fantasy star, though he should be able to put up 20 goals on a decent team like the Blueshirts.
