News: Briere centered the fourth line during Tuesday's practice before the Canadiens traveled to Tampa for Wednesday night's playoff game against the Lightning, Hockey Inside Out reports. Impact: Briere, who registered just 25 points in 69 games, was a disappointing free-agent signing this season but enters the postseason as Montreal's leader in playoff experience. All will be forgiven if he produces in April and May. In 108 playoff games, Briere has 109 points, including 50 goals.(RotoWire, )
