Some great individual efforts in Week 27 not only had a bearing on certain teams' final placement in the power rankings, but also on the playoff picture.

Nicklas Lidstrom's four points in the final week of the regular season helped the Red Wings remain in the top spot in the power rankings for the 19th week in a row. The high-scoring defenseman picked up two goals and two assists in Detroit's three games, including the game-winner in a 4-1 win over the Blackhawks.

Montreal not only took over the No. 3 spot in the power rankings, it also finished first overall in the Eastern Conference thanks to the play of Carey Price between the pipes. The Canadiens goalie posted a 3-0-0 record with a 0.67 goals-against average and a .977 save percentage last week. Price finished the year with a 24-12-3 record with a 2.56 goals-against average, .920 save percentage and three shutouts in 41 appearances for the Habs this season.

Another goalie who stood on his head last week was Washington's Cristobal Huet. The netminder went 3-0-0 in Week 27, posting a 1.00 goals-against average and .955 save percentage for the Capitals. Huet's efforts helped the Caps move up four places in the power rankings and finish first in the Southeast Division, landing Washington in the playoffs for the first time in four seasons. Since being traded to Washington from Montreal at the deadline, Huet has virtually been unbeatable, netting an 11-2-0 record with a 1.63 goals-against average, .936 save percentage and two shutouts in 13 games.

How did your team do in the final week of the regular season? Where did it finish in the power rankings? Read on to find out.

(Note: The Power Rankings will be based on a formula of points earned divided by the maximum amount of points possible [points/games played x 2]. In case of a tie, categories such as wins, goals against, goals for, power play goals and power play percentage will determine rankings.)
