--D Mike Komisarek left Saturday's 5-1 win over Detroit in the second period with a lower-body injury after running into Detroit's Todd Bertuzzi. Coach Ron Wilson said the injury was not serious.

--C Mike Zigomanis, the former Pittsburgh Penguin who is on a tryout with the AHL Marlies, has 12 points in six games.

--D Francois Beauchemin blocked four of Toronto's 18 shots on Saturday. Getting his players to get in the opponent's shooting lanes has been an issue for Wilson.
