Outlook: For the second time this season, the Caps will travel to Toronto to play their second game in as many nights. Varlamov carried the weary Caps to a 2-1 shootout loss in the first meeting. Counting their win against the Caps, the Maple Leafs are 7-3-1 in the their past 11 games but are still 29th in the NHL.
