Madrid - $3.1 billion

Tokyo - $3.4 billion

Infrastructure/Construction Budget:

Istanbul - $19.2 billion

Madrid - $1.9 billion

Tokyo - $4.9 billion

Public Support:

Istanbul - 93 percent

Madrid - 80 percent

Tokyo - 62.5 percent
