TO ENTER: To enter the FSN Detroit HD TV Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), visit any participating Meijer or Jimmy John's locations and obtain an official entry form, while supplies last, at the FSN Detroit HD TV display. Participants will be required to fill out the following information on the form: first and last name, address (including city, state and zip code), daytime phone number and age. Completed entries can be dropped in boxes that will be provided at each participating business or mailed, with sufficient postage to: FSN Detroit HD TV Sweepstakes, Box 2, Southfield, Michigan 48037-0002. Or, as an alternative method of entry, on an approximately 3" x 5" card, hand print your first and last name, address (including city, state and zip code), daytime phone number and age and mail, with sufficient postage to: FSN Detroit HD TV Sweepstakes, Box 2, Southfield, Michigan 48037-0002. All entries must be postmarked by January 12, 2006. Enter as often as you wish. Sponsor, as defined herein, not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, postage-due, illegible or incomplete entries. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY: All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Michigan, eighteen (18) years of age or older. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Fox Sports Net Detroit, LLC ("Sponsor"), and its respective parent companies, sales representatives, distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, and advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families and/or household members of each of the above are not eligible to enter.

3.DRAWINGS: A random drawing for four (4) winners (each, a "Winner", collectively, the "Winners"), will be conducted on approximately January 22, 2007 by Fox Sports Net Detroit, LLC, the judges of this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone. If the provisional winner is contacted and complies with these rules, he/she will be declared one of the official Winners. If, however, the attempted telephone notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within three (3) days, or the provisional winner does not comply with these rules, Sponsor may select an alternate provisional winner at random from among all correct entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All decisions of the judges shall be final.

4.PRIZES: Four (4). Four (4) prize Winners will each receive a 32" high definition television ("Prize"). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is Nine Hundred Dollars ($900). The total ARV of all Prizes is Three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($3,600). The Prizes are non-refundable for cash.

5.PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash redemption allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prizes become unavailable. Federal, State, and local taxes on Prizes are sole responsibility of the Prize Winners, who may be issued a 1099 IRS tax form (Prize Winners are advised to seek independent counsel regarding Prize winnings). Each Prize Winner may be required to complete, sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and a Publicity Release Form (except where prohibited by law) within five (5) days of notification, or Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Prize Winner. By accepting Prize, Prize Winners consent to use of their names and likenesses for advertising purposes worldwide, without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By accepting Prize, Prize Winners further agree to release Fox Sports Net Detroit, LLC, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and related companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Sweepstakes Parties") from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with Prize Winners participation in this Sweepstakes, or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize or participation in prize-related activities. By accepting Prize, Prize Winners further acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, relative to Prize or to any portion thereof, including, but not limited to, its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. GENERAL: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and with the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects. Each Winner hereby releases and agrees to hold the Sweepstakes Parties harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or the receipt, use or misuse of any Prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting any Prize, entrants/Prize Winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these official rules.
