Washington State? The top-ranked team in the powerful Pac-10 Conference is Washington State? Even Washington State fans are a bit stunned. But after a great 2006-07 season, WSU has proved to be the real deal as the Cougars have started this season 13-0, the school's best start since the 1935-36 season, having done so on the strength of being the top defensive team in the country. FSN also features top-notch women's action this weekend, as No. 15 Texas and No. 23 Colorado, both riding 10-game winning streaks, host conference foes in the opening weekend of Big 12 conference play on Sunday, December 13. FSN PRO FOOTBALL PREVIEW

Every football fan knows about Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and LT. But as the competition gets tighter with only eight teams left in the chase for the Super Bowl, its not always the biggest names that make the difference, but very often the X-factor. This week on FSN's PRO FOOTBALL PREVIEW, host Jay Glazer and analysts Eddie George, Jason Sehorn and Tim Brown look at some of the lesser known names who could have the biggest impact this weekend. With Chargers TE Antonio Gates out, is midseason pickup WR Chris Chambers the solution to fill the void and upset the Colts? In the cold weather of Green Bay, could Packers RB Ryan Grant be the difference between going to the NFC Championship game and going home?

Plus, the PFP crew breaks down each of the four games and offers up their picks for the conference championship games.

PRO FOOTBALL PREVIEW airs Friday, January 11 at 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. local with re-airs on Saturday mornings (check local listings) and Sundays at 10 a.m. EST/ 7 a.m. PST.

BEST DAMN TOUGHMAN

On Monday, January 14 at 9 and 11 p.m. local, FSN airs the latest installment of BEST DAMN TOUGHMAN. Hosted by Chris Rose alongside fight analyst Frank Trigg and ringside reporter Layla Kayleigh, the one-hour show, from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Biloxi, MS, features feature six bouts with each fight consisting of three one-minute rounds.

TOUGHEST COWBOY

The best reality rodeo show on television returns for a second season on Saturday, December 12, 2008 at midnight local. The 2008 version of TOUGHEST COWBOY features 12 cowboys who will strap in for the most mentally and physically demanding rodeo competition on the planet, competing in three disciplines per night in the hopes of winning the grand prize — 30 acres of beautiful prime Colorado Rocky Mountain real estate, called the Jäger Ranch.

Rodeo is among the fastest growing sports in America, and Toughest Cowboy is revolutionizing the sport by introducing an exciting and innovative format to new audiences in venues across the United States. Unlike other rodeos where riders usually compete in just one discipline, Toughest Cowboy is an unprecedented test of endurance as all competitors must ride in three disciplines in one night (Bareback Riding, Bull Riding and Saddle Bronc Riding). The events feature head-to-head matches throughout the season leading to the playoffs and championship, ultimately crowning someone the Toughest Cowboy Champion.

In this week's contest, Bandy Murphy of Weatherford, OK is the top ranked cowboy heading into the nine-stop series after winning the inaugural Toughest Cowboy title in 2007. Murphy will be matched against Logan Hodson of Telwka, British Columbia. Will Hodson rise above the first event jitters and the pressure of facing the champ or will Murphy pick up where he left off in 2007? Find out this week on FSN.

UPCOMING: BDSSP AT SUPER BOWL

BDSSP continues its annual Super Bowl road trip with the BEST DAMN SUPER BOWL BASH, touching down in Arizona for three days from Wednesday, January 30- Friday, February 1 to preview Super Bowl XLII. Chris Rose, John Salley, Rodney Peete and special guest, Olympic gold medalist Amanda Beard, host the show from the famous FBR Open golf tournament in Scottsdale, AZ as current and former NFL players and coaches join the crew for the most entertaining three days of Super Bowl week.
