In its four years of existence, Fox College Sports (FCS) has made a concerted effort to bring you new and exciting athletic events. The excitement continues Saturday, July 12 (8 p.m. ET) as FCS Atlantic presents coverage of the JT USA® College Paintball National Championships.

Held at Central Florida Paintball Park in Lakeland, FL April 18-20, and sanctioned by the National Collegiate Paintball Association, the JT USA® College Paintball National Championships featured more than 40 teams.

The Championships are presented in three one-hour programs airing in primetime on FCS Atlantic. The coverage encompasses two semifinal matches on Saturday, July 12 at 8 p.m. ET — the Illinois State University versus Ohio University and the University of California Irvine versus the University of Illinois. The Championship broadcast is on Saturday, July 19 at 8 p.m. ET.

"Paintball is so different from the traditional sports," said Director of FCS Max Casanova. "What also makes this sport so unique is its inclusive nature. Many of the teams competing were co-ed. The JT USA® College Paintball Championships gives us the opportunity to show this diverse sport."

FSN is also airing the Championship event on Monday, July 21 at 3 p.m. ET. The airings are part of a three-year agreement that the National Collegiate Paintball Association has made with FCS to televise the NCPA.

JT USA® College Paintball National Championships schedule:

Semi-final one: Illinois St. vs. Ohio University — July 12 @ 8 p.m. ET
Semi-final two: Cal Irvine vs. Illinois — July 12 @ 9 p.m. ET
Championship: July 19 @ 8 p.m. ET
