THIRD LINE: Kyle Calder, Todd Marchant, Petteri Nokelainen.

FOURTH LINE: Mike Brown, MacGregor Sharp, George Parros.

PLAYER NOTES:

--C Saku Koivu, returning from a five-game absence forced by a strained groin, picked up an assist, had four shots on goal and two hits while playing 16 minutes, 50 seconds.

--D James Wisniewski, who played only 5:12 in Thursday night's 4-3 overtime victory over visiting Tampa Bay before leaving because of a bruised foot, was back in the lineup. Wisniewski scored his first goal of the season while skating 24:52.

--D Steve Eminger returned to the lineup after missing Thursday night's 4-3 overtime victory over visiting Tampa Bay because of back spasms.

--RW Corey Perry picked up an assist to extend his career-high scoring streak to 14 games. Perry has nine goals and 20 points during the run, which is the longest in the NHL since then-Boston RW Phil Kessel enjoyed an 18-game streak in November and December of last year.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--RW Joffrey Lupul sat out a Nov. 21 game against visiting San Jose, the first he has missed this season, because of back spasms. Lupul also experienced back spasms during training camp.

--C Ryan Carter, who has missed the past five games, has been diagnosed with a broken bone in his right foot and is expected to be sidelined until late December. An additional X-ray, taken when the injury did not show any improvement, revealed the fracture, which resulted from a shot that struck Carter during a Nov. 12 practice in Columbus.
