GOALTENDERS: Jonas Hiller, Justin Pogge

DEFENSEMEN: Ryan Whitney, Scott Niedermayer, James Wisniewski, Steve Eminger, Nick Boynton, Brendan Mikkelson

FIRST LINE: Bobby Ryan, Ryan Getzlaf, Corey Perry

SECOND LINE: Joffrey Lupul, Saku Koivu, Teemu Selanne

THIRD LINE: Mike Brown, Todd Marchant, Petteri Nokelainen

FOURTH LINE: Evgeny Artyukhin, Ryan Carter, George Parros

PLAYER NOTES:

--D James Wisniewski returned to the lineup after completing a two-game, NHL-imposed suspension for an elbow to the head of Coyotes RW Shane Doan during the first period of an Oct. 31 game at Phoenix. Wisniewski, who sat out Tuesday's and Thursday's games against Pittsburgh and Nashville, respectively, picked up an assist, his 10th in 10 games this season and his fifth in his last three games.

--C Todd Marchant, who did not register a point through the season's first 13 games, picked up an assist and, combined with his goal in Thursday's 4-0 victory over visiting Nashville, owns a modest two-game scoring streak. Marchant's most recent set of points in back-to-back games came late last season, April 5-10, when he also had a goal and an assist over two games.

--LW Mike Brown, promoted to the third line to play with C Todd Marchant and RW Petteri Nokelainen, scored his second goal of the season. Both have been game-winners, and, in fact, all four of Brown's goals since he joined the Ducks last season in a trade with Vancouver have been game-winners.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--G Jean-Sebastien Giguere missed his sixth consecutive game because of a strained groin muscle aggravated late in a 6-4 loss to visiting Columbus on Oct. 24. Giguere returned to practice Nov. 2 and has been targeted by coach Randy Carlyle to be ready for at least backup duty when the Ducks open a four-game road swing Nov. 11 against New Jersey.
