PLAYER NOTES:
--RW T.J. Hensick scored his first goal of the season Sunday against Edmonton. A healthy scratch for 13 of the Avalanche's first 17 games, Hensick had five shots on goal.
--G Craig Anderson had his worst game of the season Sunday when he allowed five goals to Edmonton on 32 shots. Four of the goals came on power plays. Anderson made 25 saves in a 3-0 road win against the Oilers on Oct. 27.
--RW Milan Hejduk missed Sunday's game against Edmonton with a sore back. He warmed up but didn't feel well enough to play. Hejduk is listed as day to day.
--D John-Michael Liles missed Sunday's game against Edmonton because a shoulder injury. He's listed as day to day. Liles missed seven games with a bruised chest earlier this season.
MEDICAL WATCH:
--LW T.J. Galiardi (right ankle) is out indefinitely. He was injured Oct. 28 in Calgary.
--RW Milan Hejduk (back) is day to day. Hejduk warmed up before Sunday's game against Edmonton butd didn't feel well enough to play.
--D John-Michael Liles (shoulder) is day to day. He was hurt in the first period Friday against Chicago.
--D Tom Preissing (knee surgery) was sent to Lake Erie in the American Hockey League on Nov. 5 on a rehabilitation assignment.
--D Ruslan Salei (back) was placed on injured reserve Oct. 12, retroactive to Oct. 8.
--LW Darcy Tucker (concussion) is skating in non-contact drills but remains sidelined indefinitely. He was placed on injured reserve Oct. 26, retroactive to Oct. 23.
