TOP SCANDALS OF 2010

LeBron James was among those who had the most controversial moments of 2010.

According to Harding's friend, Don Horn, the 40-year-old gave birth on Saturday in a Southwest Washington hospital.

Linda Lewis, Harding's agent and godmother , confirmed last week that she and husband Joseph Price, 42, were expecting.

Harding required a caesarian section and remained hospitalized Monday, Horn said.

"Everybody's healthy and happy," added Horn, who became friends with Harding in 2008 while working on the production "Tonya & Nancy: The Rock Opera."

The musical was based on the 1994 scandal in which Harding's ex-husband and bodyguard, Jeff Gillooly, hired a man to injure her US figure skating competitor Nancy Kerrigan.

Harding, who won the US Figure Skating Championships in 1991 and placed fourth in the 1992 Winter Olympics, initially denied any knowledge of Gillooly's plot, but later pleaded guilty to hindering the prosecution in the case.

She was fined, given three years' probation and barred from competing in the 1994 World Figure Skating Championships.
