A Minnesota high school wrestler has been charged with two misdemeanors after allegedly hitting another wrestler in the head with a chair during a tournament, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported Saturday.

FANS GONE WILD

Bad behavior isn't limited to athletes. Sometimes it's the fans who go wild.

Harold Delancy, 19, allegedly began throwing and kicking chairs set up next to the wrestling mat after losing a match at the Clash wrestling tournament, held on Jan. 7 at the University Center Rochester Regional Sports Center in Rochester, Minn., which is about 80 miles (128 kilometers) south of St. Paul.

The victim, a 16-year-old wrestler from Oregon, was sitting next to the mat and was allegedly hit in the head with the legs of a chair that Delancy was holding. The 16-year-old suffered a concussion.

Delancy was removed from the event and charged with two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. He was still listed on his school wrestling team's roster as of Friday night.
